Service rates
Most services are billed at the rate of $30/hour. My service will not exceed the amount quoted unless factors change the project scope, at which time I will reassess the quote with you.
I use a set of general metrics to provide a quote, such as:
- Content size (document pages, online Help topics, or tutorial screens)
- Production level (new content or editing)
- Complexity
- Review cycle/stakeholders
